Express Studios offers some of the largest student studios available in Nottingham; the 26 spacious studios range from 18-31m2 in size and are situated over 3 floors of the building. The studios are contemporary, light spaces, that have been designed for your comfort and relaxation. Studios have been styled with sophisticated, modern colour schemes and come equipped with designer furniture that makes them perfect for work, rest and entertaining.

FULLY-EQUIPPED PRACTICAL DESIGN

Kitchen facilities including a fridge, combination oven, ceramic hob and sink. There's storage space for your food and utensiles, and a separate area for eating. Premier Luxe Studios have a separate dining table and two chairs making them perfect to dual occupancy or to enjoy a bite to eat with friends.

All studios have an en-suite shower room, an electric heated towel rail, a mirror and are half-tiled in neutral colours with plenty of shelf space for toiletries and/or make-up.

Studios have been soundproofed to a high specification and have efficient double or secondary glazing with electric heaters. Room lighting can be adjusted according to mood.
